Casseroles Out Of Kindness (C.O.O.K.) program
Our family joined the Casseroles Out Of Kindness (C.O.O.K.) program and we help Camillus House provide nutritious meals to the hungry and/or homeless in our community.
The idea of this program is that volunteers in their homes contribute to meet the challenge of providing over 1000 meals every day to residents of this emergency housing, treatment programs, and street homeless. The purpose is to collaborate in preparing food for this community service. Each casserole serves ten people.
