1 Cup rolled oats
1/8 Cup organic chia
2 Cups water
3/4 Cup homemade almond milk (or other seed milk)
1/2 Cup mamey (sapote) peeled and chopped
1/4 Cup golden raisins or Thompson raisins
1/4 Cup raw pecans
1/2 Tsp. ground cinnamon
Combine the rolled oats, the chia and the water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 min. Put this mix in a bowl. Add the homemade almond milk and the rest of the ingredients.
