Love is sharing. Granola is one of my favorite snacks. My family loves it, and they enjoy it by itself as a snack or as a topping on yogurt or ice cream. I love sharing my granola with friends and family. It makes me so happy when they enjoy it! My nephew loves it with his milk. He calls it gorilla!😉

Ingredients:

5 Cups gluten-free sprouted rolled oats

1 Cup raw almonds, chopped

1 Cup raw walnuts, chopped

1 Cup raw hazelnuts, chopped

1/2 Cup sunflower seeds

1/4 Cup sesame seeds

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp sea salt

1 Cup organic virgin coconut oil, softened

1 Cup organic raw unfiltered honey

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 Cup dried apples, chopped

1/2 Cup dried figs, chopped

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt. Then, in another bowl, add the wet ingredients: softened coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend very well. Combine the two mixtures completely.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, pour the final mixture into the pan and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden. Check on it frequently and stir about halfway through to avoid burning. Let the granola cool for at least one hour. Then, break into pieces and add dried apples and dried figs. Put the granola in air-tight glass containers and store for up to four weeks. You can also freeze the granola and it will last longer.

Enjoy with LOVE🙏🏻💓
