3/4 Cup pomegranate arils.
3/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil.
1/4 Cup maple syrup.
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar.
2 Tbsp lemon/lime juice, freshly squeezed.
1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard.
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped.
3 Garlic cloves.
1/4 tsp ground cumin.
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper or black pepper.
1/2 tsp sea salt or to taste.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and mix for few minutes till you reach the desired dressing consistency.
