Walnut dressing


  • 1/2 Cup olive oil.

  • 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice.

  • 1 Tbsp ginger grated.

  • 3 Garlic cloves.

  • 1 Shallot.

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard.

  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts chopped.

  • Crushed black pepper to taste.

  • Sea salt to taste.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and mix for few minutes till you reach the desired dressing consistency. Enjoy with Love on your favorite salad and dishes!!!
