Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1 Hass avocado, peeled and seeded.

3/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil.

1/2 Cup lemon or lime juice, freshly squeezed.

1/2 Cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped.

Jalapeno pepper, small piece.

3 garlic cloves.

1/4 tsp ground cumin.

1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper or black pepper.

1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste.)

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and mix until you reach the desired dressing consistency.
