Blackberry Salad Dressing - Flavia's Healthy Kitchen


1 Cup fresh blackberries.

3/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil.

1/2 Cup lemon or lime juice, freshly squeezed, or apple cider vinegar.

1 tsp lemon or lime zest.

1/2 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped.

1 shallot, minced.

1 Tsp Dijon mustard.

1 Tbsp honey.

1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper or black pepper.

1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste).

Flavia-s Healthy Kitchen

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and mix till you reach the desired dressing consistency.
